Title: Georgina Major's Diabetic Lemon Pudding Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup

1tbCornstarch
1/4cLemon juice
  Rind of 1 lemon
3/4cWater
2tbLiquid sucaryl
1tbButter
  Dash of salt
  Dash of nutmeg

Place cornstarch in small saucepan;blend in lemon juice to make a smooth paste.Add lemon rind,water and sucaryl.Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly until thickened.Remove from heat and blend in butter,salt,and nutmeg.Serve warm over fruit,cottage pudding,gingerbread,fruit cobbler and cake.

Per 1/4 cup serving: calories 36 calories no protein fat 3g carbhydrates 3g (with sugar - 144 calories)
